Returns and Exchanges Policy
We always want you to be happy with your Jesse and Co purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept items for exchange or return within 10 business days from delivery date of your order. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-salable condition. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
If you would like to return an item please email for a return authorization at: email@example.com. Please pack your returns in a protected mailer and return your order using USPS, UPS, FED EX. Please insure it if necessary as we not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and reason for your return. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.
Personalized items and special orders
We are unable to accept returns for personalized styles but would be happy to replace any items that are done incorrectly or are damaged in any way.
Gift Return Policy
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.
