RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We always want you to be happy with your Jesse and Co purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept items for exchange or refund (excluding customized styles) within 10 business days from delivery date of your order. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-salable condition. 

If you would like to return an item please email for a return authorization at: sales@jesseandco.com.  Please pack your returns in a protected mailer and return your order using USPS, UPS, FED EX. Please insure it if necessary as we not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and reason for your return. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

If your order was shipped and shows delivered by the shipping company we used but you didn't receive it in your mailbox we won't be able to replace the order due to the proof of delivery. We will do everything we can to try and assist you in tracking the package.

Personalized items and special orders:
We are unable to accept returns for personalized styles but would be happy to replace any items that are done incorrectly or are damaged in any way.

Gift Return Policy:
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.
